Mission and Goals
Impact Canada’s Training and Equipping Center prepares men and women for Christian leadership in the local church. Our purpose is to train men and women to become competent, committed, mature leaders in the church of Jesus Christ.
Students who complete our program should:
1. Show progress in Christian formation.
Students are encouraged and equipped to develop a mature love for God, commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and awareness of the Holy Spirit in the life of the church.
2. Be better able to understand the Christian faith as it has been revealed in Scripture.
3. Develop an appreciation for our Restoration Movement heritage, with its concern for the restoration of the church to the spiritual standards of the New Testament.
4. Learn to communicate the Christian faith to others.
5. Acquire skills in the various practices of ministry and mission, and deploy those ministry skills in their local church.
